Registration

To use Ward Manager, you'll need:

  • A ward registration code from your bishop or ward leadership
  • A valid email address
  • A US phone number for verification

Account Approval

After registering, your account will need to be approved by ward leadership. This typically takes 24-48 hours. You'll receive a notification once your account is approved.

How do I get a ward registration code?
Contact your bishop or ward clerk. They will provide you with your ward's unique registration code.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive instructions to reset your password.
Why isn't my account approved yet?
Account approval is handled by ward leadership and typically takes 24-48 hours. If it's been longer, contact your ward clerk or bishop.
Can I use Ward Manager in multiple wards?
Currently, each account is associated with one ward. If you move to a new ward, contact support to update your ward assignment.
Is my information secure?
Yes! Ward Manager uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your information is only visible to approved members of your ward. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile settings in the app. Go to My Profile > Basic Info > Danger Zone > Delete My Account.
